PURPOSE:To provide a superior microcirculation in vivo and enable maintenance of drug concentrations at a high level in the blood by preparing a lipid film composition containing glycophorin and ganglioside. CONSTITUTION:Glycophorin and ganglioside are used after premelting or dispersing and mixing in a solvent with another lipid component which is an anyshipathic property to both oil and water having a polarity part and a non- polarity part in molecules at the time of preparing a lipid film composition. Ribosome, microemulsion, fatty emulsion, etc. are used as lipid film composition. Glycophorin is sialoglycoprotein, and is obtained generally by extraction from the erythrocyte membrane of animals. Ganglioside is a sialoglycolipid, and ganglioside GM1, GM2, GM3, GD1 which have sialic acid at the end of a sugar chain are available. |
