PURPOSE:To reduce noises by fixing a fabricated body of flexible plastics onto the surface of a vibrator made of a metal and constituting a vibrator. CONSTITUTION:With an ultraviolet motor, a piezoelectric element 1 is bonded and fastened to the edge face of a vibrator 2 made of a metal, a fabricated body 5 mainly comprising plastics is fixed to the other edge face, and a moving body 3 and the fabricated body 5 are brought into pressure-contact. Two pairs of electrode groups, phase of which is displaced at 90 deg. in a positional manner, are constituted in the piezoelectric element 1, and the high-frequency electric field of resonant frequency, phase of which is displaced at 90 deg. with time, is input, thus generating the progressive waves of ultrasonic vibrations in the piezoelectric body 1, the vibrator 2 and the plastic molded form 5. Accordingly, the moving body 3 is brought into contact with the section of the crests of progressive waves generated in the plastic fabricated body, and driven in the direction opposite to the direction of progressive waves by frictional force. |
