PURPOSE:To polish the inside of a pipe smoothly and efficiently in succession, by letting a moving blade being driven by wind force to be fed out of one direction of the pipe inside have a function as an abrasive plate, and constituting it so as to come down against the wind force coming into contact with an obstacle inside the pipe. CONSTITUTION:A device is pulled in an arrow B direction as a whole and a wind is fed to the inside a pipe 1 from a blower. If so, wind pressure is imposed on an abrasive plate 8 lying on a base 7 of a turbine block 3 whereby it stands erect and simultaneously it receives resistance of the wind, turning into a moving blade, and it rotates at high speed together with a main shaft 2. And, during this rotation, the abrasive plate 8 strongly comes into contact with an inner surface of the pipe 1, removing an oxide or the like being stuck thus polishing takes place. And, when the abrasive plate 8 hits against such an obstacle as a snap tap to be projected inside the pipe 1, it falls down to the side of an opposite incline part of the turbine block a little as being guided by a guide member 9. Therefore, it can escape from the obstacle, thus it can clean and polish a first inner surface in succession. |
