MOTOR ROTOR WINDING STRUCTURE

PURPOSE:To improve handling properties of a lead wire by extending a coil wire part to be a leading end of coil wire obliquely in the opposite direction to other lead wires. CONSTITUTION:A leading end of coil wire is engaged with a segment 11 and extended obliquely to the B direction. Then, the coil wire passes through a slot 34 separated 180 deg.C from a slot 38 opposed to the segment 11 and is wound by one round in the A direction. Subsequently, said wire passes again through the slot 34 toward the side of a commutator segment 8 and is wound round a rotating shaft by three cores in the B direction, and thereafter enters a slot 37 to form a first coil 41. The trailing end of said coil 41 is connected with a segment 18 and then enters a slot 36 to form a second coil 42. Thus, coils are sucessively wound at adjacent places in the A direction.
