PURPOSE:To connect firmly a core body to an annular body by a method in which the core body and the annular body are respectively made of different materials, and an annular dove tail groove is formed by both notches on the outer peripheral edges of both end surfaces of the core body and on the inner peripheral edge of both end surfaces of the annular body, and then after pins have been inserted through two round throughholes at symmetrical position, synthetic resin is poured in said dove tail groove and is cured. CONSTITUTION:An annular body 6 made of synthetic resin is fitted and molded on the outer periphery of the cylindrical core body 1 made of steel; by means of both notches 5, 8, an annular dove tail groove 9 is formed, and simultaneously throughholes 10a-10d are formed by mutual coincidence of semicircular grooves 3, 7. Bolts 10a, 10b penetrate two round throughholes 10a, 10c in symmetrical positions and are screwed by nuts 12a, 12b. Then, synthetic resin 13 is poured into the dove tail groove 9 and is cured. Synthetic resin 13 is also poured into two round holes 10b, 10d in symmetrical position and the dove tail grooves 9 on both end surfaces are connected. Consequently, the annular body 6 is integrally molded firmly on the outer periphery of the core body 1. |
