<p>PURPOSE:To improve the extent of work passage detecting accuracy, by outputting an index signal in synchronization with movements of a head, taking in each output out of respective work detecting sensors in response to the signal, and grasping a work flowing state. CONSTITUTION:A manufacturing machine A receives a work from a conveyor mechanism 4 with the head reached to a position P1, whereby the work is delivered to another conveyor mechanism 5 from a position P2. Movements of the head of this manufacturing machine A is detected by a sensor 8, and an index signal IND1 is outputted at certain timing of the movement. And passage of the work at these positions P1 and P2 is detected by work detecting sensors 11 and 12. Other manufacturing machines B and C are also made into the same manner. These data are inputted into a microprocessor 17 and stored in a memory 19. Therefore, each work flowing state of these manufacturing machines A-C is surely graspable in addition to head movements, thus a double count of the work is also preventable.</p> |
