PURPOSE:To stabilize filtration capacity by fixing a reticulate drum, while a scrubbing brush-shaped filter member, and U-shaped pipes provided around the drum on a rotary shaft and forming the title stabilizer. CONSTITUTION:Disks 2, 2' are fixed on a rotary shaft 1 and a reticulate drum 3 is fixed between both disks and several pieces of scrubbing brush-shaped filter members are fixed around the drum. A main body (a) is formed by fixing several pieces of U-shaped pipes 5 closed at both ends in the outer circumference. This main body (a) is fitted to a base 6 made of a pipe and both a gear 7 fixed to the rotary shaft and a gear 9 coaxial to a gear 8 for decelerating the rotation of a motor (b) are engaged by a chain 10. This stabilizer is sunk underwater and actuated, thereby filtration capacity can be stably maintained.
