PURPOSE:To accurately grasp a state right before the quantity of input electricity becomes 0 and to easily analyze operation even at the time of application to a data logger by holding a value corresponding to the quantity of electricity right before the quantity of input electricity becomes 0 and displaying it. CONSTITUTION:An input range is set with data from a set value deciding means 14 and data from an A/D converting means 9 is inputted to decide whether or not the data is 0. When the data is not 0, it is decided whether or not the data is within the set value range and when so, next data is inputted from the A/D converting means 9. When the data is not within the range, on the other hand, overloading is decided and the data is stored in a data holding means 15 successively; in time series. A breaker 19 is overloaded to get closed and when the data becomes 0, overload quantity data is read out of the data storage circuit 15 and the mean value of the data is calculated. This mean value is displayed on an overload quantity display device 4 through a display control means 11.
