PURPOSE:To flexibly and economically cope with broad band multi-service changing with time by using a subscriber control command and a central station control command to control the replacement of a time slot and the changeover of a bus route. CONSTITUTION:A rearrange multiplex/demultiplex section 32 consists of an incoming time switch 33 and an outgoing time switch 34, the switch 33 is rearranged by service class and the switch 34 is rearranged by subscribers. A circuit setting section 36 consists of an incoming multi-bus switch 37 and an outgoing multi-bus switch 38 to change the bus for service and subscriber distribution. A processor section 39 uses a subscriber control command supplied from the subscriber at call setting and a central station control command supplied from the central station at call setting to control the replacement of the time slot in the time switches 33, 34 and to control the switching of the bus route in the multi-bus switches 37, 38.
