PURPOSE:To efficiently perform casting and to improve the productivity and workability by putting a tundish arranging a pouring valve, slag discharging hole and heating device on a running carriage, arranging a ladle shifting member on the side of the carriage and arranging a molten metal discharging valve, which is possible to face to the supporting point of swing of the tundish at bottom part of a ladle. CONSTITUTION:The tundish 4 is held as horizontally swinging and vertically tilting, under making a supporting shaft part 12 on a frame 2b for swinging the carriage 2, which is movable on the running rails 11 between a mold part 8 and a slag discharging part 10, as the supporting point. And the molten metal heating device 2c is arranged on the carriage 2 and the ladle shifting member 1 is arranged at one side of the running rails 11 and by plural arms 1a thereof, the ladle 3 is held as possible to putting/removing and swinging. At the bottom part in the ladle 3, the molten metal discharging valve 6 is arranged at the faced position, where the ladle 3 is swinged to molten metal discharging position of the tundish 4, and the pouring valve 5 is arranged at the bottom part of front end side of longitudinal direction of the tundish 4, and the slag discharging hole is arranged at the rear end side thereof. Therefore, the casting operation of uniform casting temp., repeating use of the tundish, etc., are effectively executed.
