PURPOSE:To obtain stable printing performance by stabilizing radiation property, by a method wherein a bonding part of a radiation plate to be fixed to a rear face of a substrate having a heating part is installed to a position apart from a position corresponding to the heating part. CONSTITUTION:A very fine gap exists near a heating resistor 3 in which there is no bonding part 10 between a substrate 2 and a radiation plate 1 since the bonding part 10 composed of a bonding agent A is established at a position apart from the heating resistor 3 and partly onto a rear of the substrate 2 a little to an end of an opposite direction to the heating resistor 3 on the substrate 2. By pinching a film thickness gauge of a very thin plate state into this gap when, for instance, the substrate 2 is bonded to the radiation plate 1, a film thickness of the bonding agent A can be controlled at a constant one. Then, the gap between the heating resistor 3 and the bonding part 10 is kept constant by a groove 11 of a recessed state in a longitudinal direction of the radiation plate 1 and the bonding agent A is prevented from being flowed out from the substrate 2 by the groove 12. Therefore, the film thickness of the bonding agent A is made constant, heat conductivity from the substrate 2 to the radiation plate 1 is stabilized, and good printing performance can be maintained. |
