PURPOSE:To improve abrasion resistance by coating the edge surface of a rotor by a coating layer made of the mixture of Mo and graphite, etc. and coating the side plate of a cylinder by a ceramics layer. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 8 moves in eccentricity in a cylinder 9, and a vane 13 moves in reciprocation in a vane chamber 12. The rotor 8 is made of fiber- reinforced aluminium, and the sliding surface layer is coated with a layer made of Mo or Mo alloy or the mixture of these and graphite, etc. A cylinder 9 side surface which contacts the sliding surface layer of the rotor is coated with a ceramics layer. Therefore, the abrasion resistance and seizureproofness can be improved. |
