PURPOSE:To reproduce a disk on which signals are superposed and multiplexed without missing the signal, by performing the inverse diffusion of second information signal by inputting the output signal of a diffusion code generation circuit and the second information signal, and converting the second information signal to an original data equivalent to the one at the time of recording. CONSTITUTION:The second information on which spectrum diffusion is applied out of reproducing signals is supplied to a multiplication circuit 29 for the inverse diffusion via a low-pass filter (LPF) 25. Meanwhile, a horizontal synchronizing signal fH inputted from an input terminal In1, after the frequency of which being multiplication by n/2, is supplied to the diffusion code generation circuit 31. A pseudo noise code consisting of an M system code equivalent to the one at the time of recording on the disk 21 is outputted to the multiplication circuit 29, and by performing multiplication by the second information signal, the original data equivalent to the one at the time of recording can be obtained. Afterwards, an unrequired noise component is eliminated from the data by an LPF28, and it is outputted from an output terminal Out4. In such a way, it is possible to reproduce an information recording medium on which the second information signal is superposed and multiplexed newly.
