<p>PURPOSE:To fill fuel gas safely by filling a vehicle side gas cylinder with fuel gas then discharging high pressure gas from between a facility side valve and a facility side high pressure coupler to the atmosphere through a vent stack, thereafter separating the high pressure couplers at the opposite sides. CONSTITUTION:When male and female high pressure couplers 54, 40 are coupled and a stop valve 37 is opened, fuel gas goes from the stop valve 37 to high pressure couplers 40, 54 and fills gas cylinders 51a, 51b when a stop valve 53 is opened. When filling of the gas cylinders 51a, 51b is finished, a facility side stop valve 30 and a vehicle side stop valve 53 are closed then a manual stop valve 44 is opened to discharge fuel gas from between the stop valves 30, 53 to the atmosphere through a vent stack 45. Thereafter, the female high pressure coupler 40 is removed from the male high pressure coupler 54 thus completing the filling work.</p> |
