PURPOSE:To obtain good resolving power which permits confirmation of a latent image at the time of exposing by using a film formable high-polymer compd., one photocrosslinkable PVA selected from a specific group and photosensitive compd. having good stability with age, halation preventive capacity and latent image formability as essential components. CONSTITUTION:This photosensitive resin compsn. for screen plate making consists essentially of the film formable high-polymer compd., at least one photocrosslinkable PVA selected from the group consisting of formulas I-III, and the photosensitive compd. having the good stability with age, halation preventive capacity and latent image formability. In formula I, A is expressed by formula IV or V; (m) denotes 0 or 1; (n) denotes 1-6 integer. In formulas II, III, B denotes an arom. or heterocyclic group having at least one polar group. The good resolving power is thereby obtd. without impairing the high sensitivity and the good stability with age. |
