PURPOSE:To bring out through function of an auxiliary machine by reducing rotation of a drive source through utilization of a disc rotor and transmitting the reduced rotation to a driven source, thereby rotating the auxiliary machine with rotation higher than a predtermined level when an internal combustion engine is rotating with low speed. CONSTITUTION:A drive board 12 is secured to the tip of a drive shaft 11 (e.g. crankshaft of an internal combustion engine). A fixing board 13 inserted idly over the drive shaft 11 is arranged at a position facing with the drive board 12. A disc rotor 14 is arranged between the drive board 12 and the fixed board 13 as a friction wheel which friction contacts with the boards 12, 13, and fixed rotatably and rollably to a speed reduction rotary disc 16 which is supported rotatably in the drive shaft 11. When the drive board 12 is rotated through rotary drive force of the drive shaft 11, the rotor 14 spins around point B and revolves around a center line O. Consequently, reduction ratio of the speed reduction mechanism can be varied by rolling the rotor 14 according to the rotary speed of the internal combustion engine.
