<p>PURPOSE:To improve the turning property and the driving stability by providing a controller to control actuators for steering the right hand and the lefthand rear wheels, and carrying out a cornering at a steering angle responding to the car speed only of the outside turning wheel. CONSTITUTION:Actuators 5L and 5R for the lefthand and the righthand rear wheel steerings are operated independently by output signal output separately from a controller 4 respectively. When a steering handle 1 is rotated to carry out the front wheel steering, the controller 4 outputs signals to make the rear wheel at the inner side to the turning direction detected from the front wheel steering angle data as in a straight running condition, and to make only the rear wheel at the outer side steered responding to the front wheel steering angle and the car speed. And in a high speed steering, a signal is output to make the outer side wheel steered in the same phase. Therefore, the turning property and the driving stability at the cornering operation can be improved.</p> |
