摘要 PURPOSE:To maintain stably the temperature laminar state by connecting the end of the opening of a pipe on the side of low temperature which is provided in a heat radiation system and heat accumulation system to a first water collecting vessel and connecting the open end of a pipe on the high temperature side to a second water collecting vessel. CONSTITUTION:Pipes 12 and 35 are pipes on the low temperature side for sucking water of low temperature, and pipes 14 and 33 are pipes on the low temperature side for discharging water of low temperature. And, pipes 21 and 44 are pipes on the high temperature side for sucking water of high temperature, and pipes 23 and 42 are pipes on the high temperature side for discharging water of high temperature. A first water collection vessel 61 which is connected to the open ends of pipes 12, 14, 33, and 35 on the low temperature side has its lower end only opened and it goes into a low-temperature laminar state. A second water collecting vessel 63 which is connected to the open ends of the pipes 21, 23, 42, and 44 on the high temperature side has its upper end only opened and goes into the laminar state of high temperature. With this arrangement the water in a heat accumulating tank is capable of stabilizing the temperature laminar state and it is possible to conduct room cooling and room heating and also heat accumulation with efficient heat radiation.
