PURPOSE:The titled frozen food cookable by directing heating with a frying pan, having improved taste and flavor as fries, by passing vegetables through an oil heated in a low-temperature range in a short time, freezing them, blending them with meat, fishes or shellfishes which are cooked, processed and frozen, packaging the blend. CONSTITUTION:Vegetables which are passed through an oil heated in a low-temperature range at 80-140 deg.C in a short time of 10-60sec and frozen are blended with meat, fishes or shellfishes which are cooked, processed, and frozen, packaged, and, preferably, a frozen seasoning solution or dried powder seasoning is added to the package, to give the desired frozen food. USE:Chinese fried food such as Subuta (sweet-and-sour pork), Happosai (fried food containing meat, prawn, fish, vegetables, etc.), etc. |
