PURPOSE:To reproduce the information signal of a disk on which signals are superposed and multiplexed without missing the signal, by inputting the output signal of first multiplier and an output signal from a band-pass filter, performing the inverse diffusion of second information signal, and converting the second information signal to an original data equivalent to the one at the time of recording. CONSTITUTION:The second information signal on which spectrum diffusion is applied out of reproducing signals is supplied to a multiplication circuit 33 via the band-pass filter 25, and a horizontal synchronizing signal fH inputted from an input terminal In1, after the frequency of which being multiplied by n/2 at a clock signal generator 35, is supplied to a diffusion code generation circuit 31 as a clock signal fc. Therefore, a pseudo noise code consisting of an M system equivalent to the one at the time of recording on a disk 21 is generated from the diffusion code generation circuit 31, and is outputted to a multiplier 32. At this time, multiplication by a carrier fi from a carrier generator 36 is performed, and the pseudo noise code whose spectrum is converted, after being generated, is supplied to a multiplier 33, and the multiplication of the second information signal and the pseudo noise code whose spectrum is converted is performed, then, the inverse dissusion is applied. In such a way, it is possible to obtain the original data equivalent to the one at the time of recording.
