PURPOSE:To miniaturize a diaphragm, to reduce a weight and to improve internal loss, as well by forming the thin film of synthetic resin on at least one side of a fibrous base material and coating ultraviolet rays curing resin on that film. CONSTITUTION:A voice coil bobbin 4 for which a voice coil is winded on is fixed to the inner periphery of a damper 3 fixed to an outer periphery by a frame 1. The lower half part of the bobbin 4 is held freely in the magnetic gap (g) of a magnetic circuit 2 fixed to the flame 1 and the upper half part of the bobbin 4 is fixed to the above-mentioned diaphragm 6 and simultaneously the diaphragm 6 is provided with the outer periphery of the frame 1 through an edge 5. On the fibrous base material 8, the thin film 9 of the synthetic resin is formed and on the thin film 9 of the synthetic resin concerned, the ultraviolet rays curing resin 10 is formed.
