PURPOSE:To percent the impossibility of receiving even when a large quantity of documents is transmitted during the unmanned operation by supervising the remaining quantity of a communication history information area storing the communication history information and printing the communication when it goes to a prescribed value or below. CONSTITUTION:The program of a condition supervising device is stored into a program memory 23 and operated by a CPU 27. When the condition supervising device receives a document through a communication control unit 30, reception or transmission is executed through a CCU 30, the result is reported, and when a bit of communication history information is prepared, the above- mentioned condition supervising device is functioned. When a communication action occurs and the remaining quantity of the communication history information area is the prescribed quantity or below, the communication history information is printed and completed. By watching the communication history information with an operator, the condition that the receiving cannot be executed unnoticedly suddenly can be avoided.
