<p>PURPOSE:To comparatively simply constitute a precompensator and to improve control accuracy by adjusting balance between a required transmission function matrix and a compensating matrix. CONSTITUTION:Optional matrix elements are selected one by one from respective low vectors in the inverse matrix of a transmission function matrix or a matrix obtained by mutually replacing respective matrix elements in the inverse matrix in each vector, elements corresponding to the inverse numbers of the selected matrix elements are arrayed in the line vector obtained by setting up the row numbers in the selected row vector as line numbers so that respective rows are not superposed, the matrix obtained by setting up the residual matrix elements to zero is set up as a required transmission function matrix in a coupling system, a product of the inverse matrix of the transmission function matrix and the required transmission function matrix is set up as a compensating matrix, and the precompensator is provided with transmission matrix corresponding to the compensating matrix to execute non-interference control. Consequently, the precompensator can be comparatively does not include much differential operation, the control accuracy can be improved.</p> |
