PURPOSE:To satisfactorily deliver a developing device by engaging a carrying member with the side of a storage device of plural developing devices so that the height of a carrying path on the side of an image forming device body and that of the storage device of plural developing devices coincide with each other at the time of transporting the developing device toward a storage part of the storage device of plural developing devices. CONSTITUTION:Color developing devices 17-20 are freely slidably placed on the upper face of a developing device carrying member 5 and a pin 23 moves a developing device carrying path 4 in the direction of this path within the control range of a guide window 22. A projection 25 is fitted to a circular hole 27 in a wall 26 provided on each of partitioning plates 9-12 of developing device storage parts facing a developing device carrying-in entrance and the developing device carrying member 5 is coupled to one of partitioning plates 9-12. Though the height of the upper face of the developing device carrying member 5 is different from that of partitioning plates 9-12, these upper faces coincide with each other by engaging the projection 25 with the hole 27. Thus, the developing device is smoothly delivered between the image forming device body and the storage device of plural developing devices.
