PURPOSE:To cope with the needs of coloring extending over a wide range by providing a double containing preventive member which is provided in a containing case containing a developing device, and prevents other developing device from being contained in a developing device containing part containing the developing device already. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is provided with plural pieces of containing parts which can be attached and detached to and from the outside of an image forming device body, and hold developing devices 13A-13D having a prescribed color developing function, a prescribed supply position supplying the developing devices 13A-13D selected from one of these containing parts, to the image forming device body side, and a mobile mechanism for moving the selected developing devices 13A-13D to the prescribed supply position. Also, this device is provided with a double containing preventive member 171a which is provided on a containing case containing the developing devices 13A-13D and prevents other developing devices 13A-13D from being contained in the developing device containing part containing the developing devices 13A-13D already. In such a way, the selected developing device 13A-13D can be supplied and arranged simply and easily in the developing operation position of the inside of the body, and double containing of other developing device is prevented.
