PURPOSE:To improve the maneuverability of the titled equipment by instructing the retransmission of one document, checking whether the same document name as that of a document whose retransmission is instructed by an operator exists in other untransmitted documents or not and transmitting the instructed document to an opposite equipment. CONSTITUTION:After extracting the document name 3b of a document instructing its retransmission, the document specified at its retransmission by the operator is retransmitted. After completing the transmission, whether other documents waiting the instruction of retransmission exist or not is decided by checking the number of entries 3a, and when the waiting document exists, the document name 3b of the document waiting for the retransmission instruction is extracted. Then, whether the document name of the extracted document is the same as the retransmission instruction waiting document or not is decided. When both document names are same, the document is retransmitted and then whether other retransmission instruction waiting documents exist or not is checked. If the operator specifies the retransmission of No.2 >=nspection report', the report is automatically retransmitted to a destination specified by the operator at the time of transmission even if retransmission is not specified because No.3 and No.4 document names are the same.
