PURPOSE:To lengthen a maintenance interval period by providing an oil flinger in an exhaust valve and forming the seal lip configuration of the oil flinger in such a way that the inclination angle of the combustion chamber side is larger than that of the opposite side. CONSTITUTION:An oil flinger 28c is provided in the exhaust valve of a fuel gas engine for driving a heat pump device. The seal lip configuration of the oil flinger 28c is formed in such a way that the inclination angle A of the combustion chamber side is larger than the inclination angle B of the opposite side. With this arrangement, as an amount of lube oil which adheres to the valve stem of the exhaust valve so as to be take into the combustion chamber increases, staying time at the valve stem is shortened so that the carbonization of lube oil here is prevented. Accordingly, sticking of carbon is prevented so that a maintenance interval period can be lengthened.
