PURPOSE:To surely exactly construct a rubble mound at a set level by a method in which a survey system using laser level is adopted, and a variation of the height of hull is calculated automatically to keep the height of hopper constant. CONSTITUTION:On a base point of land, a horizontally turning laser level luminous body 6 is set, and on a working ship 1, a laser receiver 7 is set. The vertical variations of the ship are output in the form of electrical signals and put in a computer for arithmetic processing to obtain the length of chutes 2 and 3 to be set up. Rubble can thus be cast while keeping the height of a leveling hopper 4 constant, the varying amount of height of the hull can be automatically obtained, and the height of the rubble mound 5 can be surely kept.
