NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I (Me is methyl). EXAMPLE:Methyl O-( 2-deoxy-2-sulfamido-6-O-sulfo-alpha-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 4)-O- (beta-D-glucopyranosyluronic acid )-( 1 4 )-O-( 2-deoxy-2-sulfamido-3,6-di-O-sulfo-alpha- D-glu-copyranosyl )-( 1 4 )-O-( 2-O-sulfo-alpha-L-iodopyranosyluron )-( 1 4 )-2- sulfamido-6-O-sulfo-beta-D-glucopyranoside dodecasodium salt. USE:An anticoagulant and antithrombotic agent. PREPARATION:A compound shown by formula II (Bn is benzyl; Bz is benzoyl; Ac is acetyl) is reacted with a compound shown by formula III (MCA is monochloroacetyl), dechloroacetylated and reacted with a compound sown by formula IV to give a pentasaccharide. Then the pentasaccharide is successively deacylated, O-sulfated, reduced, N-sulfated and hydrolyzed to give a compound shown by formula I.
