PURPOSE:To obtain an adequate electric charge transfer characteristic by providing a plasma-polymerized film consisting of a specific org. compd. as a charge transfer layer. CONSTITUTION:The plasma-polymerized film consisting of the org. compd. is provided as the charge transfer layer 2 of a separated function type photosensitive body having a charge generating layer 3 and the charge transfer layer 2. The ratio alpha1/alpha2 of the coefft. alpha1 of peak absorption near 1,600cm<-1> by the double bonds (>C=C<) of the carbon in the IR absorption spectra of this polymerized film and the coefft. alpha2 of the peak absorption near 2,925cm<-1> by the methylene (-CH2-) group thereof is 0.03-0.90. The separated function type photosensitive body having the excellent charge transfer characteristic, the excellent performance of the photosensitive body and excellent light transmittability is thereby obtd. |
