PURPOSE:To shorten oil passages, facilitate the synchronization of the reciprocating motion of a plunger with that of a spool and improve the durability by a structure wherein the direction of the reciprocating motion of the plunger is made parallel to that of the spool. CONSTITUTION:A circulating passage 22, which extends from the inlet 20 of liquid A (polyol component) and is open on one side part of a head part 1, is made above a plunger fittingly inserting hole 2, below which a circulating passage 23 extending from the inlet 21 of liquid B (poluiscocyanate component) is made. Further, since the direction of reciprocating motion of a plunger 18 is made parallel to that of a spool 27, the direction of the plunger fittingly inserting hole 2, a first hydraulic cylinder 19 and oil passages belonging to them and the direction of a spool fittingly inserting hole 26, a second hydraulic cylinder 28 and oil passages belonging to them are parallel to each other, resulting in lessening uneven parts in a device as compared with the device, in which the directions of reciprocating motion of a plunger and of a spool intersecting at right angles. Accordingly, a compact and lightweight mixing head is realized and consequently the mounting and consequently the mounting and dismounting of the mixing head to and from a reaction injection molder main body becomes easy. |
