PURPOSE:To execute a high speed data transfer between both a master card and a slave card, in spite of a noise generation by providing an address line and a state line in order to select the optional slave card among the plural slave cards. CONSTITUTION:An expanded local bus informs an address signal, outputted from the master card 11, between the card 11 and the card 13, in order that the address line 1a selects the optional card 13 among the plural slave cards 13. The state line 1b outputs a read/write state signal to the optional card among the plural slave cards 13, and outputs an address to the address line 1a. Simultaneously with this or after the lapse of a prescribed time, and moreover, before the output of an address coincidence signal to be outputted from the slave card 13, coinciding with the address informed to the address line 1a, the data is informed between the respective slave cards 13 from the master card 11.
