PURPOSE:To protect a recording surface of a thermal transfer recording paper and enable the paper to be supplied easily and securely, by containing the paper in a casing body through clamping the paper by a protective plate and a bottom plate. CONSTITUTION:A protective plate 7 for the surface of a recording paper, which is pressed by an elastic member 8, is provided with a notched part 12 for pressing a recording paper feeding roller 11 against the recording paper 2. The surfaces of a bottom plate 6 and the protective plate 7 are smoothly finished so as not to damage the surface of the paper. When a containing case for the recording paper is fitted in a recorder, a bottom plate pushing-up lever 13 provided in the recorder is turned in the direction of an arrow A with a fulcrum 14 as a center, whereby the bottom plate 6, the papers 2 on the plate 6 and the protective plate 7 are pushed upward against a pressing force of the member 8, and the paper 2 is brought into contact with the roller 11. An opening part 15 provided at a bottom part of a casing body 1 is provided for turning the lever 13 into the casing body. With the roller 11 driven in the above condition, the recording paper 2 is automatically supplied into the recorder. |
