PURPOSE:To make a transfer unit lightweight, obtain a high-reliability hinge mechanism, and reduce the jam occurrence rate by transferring originals adjacently on a straight line through an original separating means and an original transferring means and housing an original front/rear reversing means in the original separating means. CONSTITUTION:Originals transferred from an original separating means 100 are stopped at the copying position on the original bed 20 of an image forming device 1 and copied, and after being copied, transferred back to the original separating means 100 side again as necessary, the front and rear are reversed, and the originals are again transferred to the original transferring means 200 side and again stopped at the copying position on the original bed 20 of the image forming device 1. Accordingly, originals can be transferred adjacently on a straight line, and a front/rear reversing means is housed in the original separating means, thus the original transferring means 200 is made lightweight, a high-reliability hinge mechanism can be obtained, a sheet passing mechanism is simplified, and the jam occurrence rate can be reduced. |
