INCANDESCENT LAMP TYPE FLUORESCENT LAMP

PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction of an equipment provided with IR remote controller and the unoperation of a remote controller by producing a wave length selective IR reflecting film on the surface of the light transmitting portion of the envelope of a lamp. CONSTITUTION:A lamp is constructed with an envelope attached with a light transmissive globe 3 and a double U type luminous tube 5 supported at both ends and an electronic stabilizer 6 consisting of a high frequency inverter. On the whole inside surface of the globe 3 a wave length selective IR reflecting film 9 which transmits visible light and reflects IR is produced. From the luminous tube 5 emission lines of mercury modulated with lighting frequency are emitted, but the emission or IR to the outside of the globe 3 is suppressed by the said reflecting film 9 produced on the inner surface of the globe 3. Thereby not only the malfunction of an equipment provided with IR remote controller but the unoperation of a remote controller can be prevented.
