PURPOSE:To facilitate disposal, by providing a non-absorbable resin layer, which has effect for preventing a reagent for examining body fluids from penetrating in a support, to a part of the surface of the support composed of a water dispersible base material. CONSTITUTION:A body fluid examination material 1 is constituted by providing a non-absorbable resin layer 3 and the reagent layer 4, which is formed by applying an ink composition containing a reagent for examining body fluids thereon by printing, on a support 2 composed of a flat rectangular water dipersible base material. Then, for example, a polyvinyl alcohol film is adhered to the single surface coated with water of the water-dispersible base material being a support so as to form a regular tetragon having one side of 5mm and dried to obtain a non-absorbable resin layer. Since the support constituting this body fluid examination material is formed of the water dispersible base material, said examination material can be discarded in a toilet after the examination material is immersed in body fluids such as urine or used in the sampling of urine and the coloration of the reagent layer is observed.
