AUTOMATIC LOADING APPARATUS FOR MOLDED BODY

PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a molded body and to achieve labor saving, by constituting the title apparatus so that the molded body delivered from a molding machine is automatically arranged and mounted in a sheet like container in an erected state and the wt. of the molded body can be automatically measured. CONSTITUTION:A predetermined number of blank sheets are gathered as one set and this one set is transferred to a blank sheet stand and the wt. thereof is measured by a blank sheet weighing apparatus 2 and the weighed blank sheets are sent to a molded body mounting stand-by station 4 one at a time by a set sheet dividing mechanism 3. Next, a definite number of the molded bodies flowing in a row from a molding machine in an erected state are arranged on an arrangement stand and successively transferred to the sheets sent to the stand-by station 4 by one row by a transfer apparatus 5. After a predetermined number of sheets having a predetermined number of the molded bodies mounted thereon are stacked, the wt. of the stacked sheets and molded bodies are measured by a molded body wt. measuring apparatus 7. By this method, the damage of the molded body is prevented and labor saving is achieved.
