PURPOSE:To prevent resin from improperly filling by providing a recess groove on the inner periphery of a laminated core. CONSTITUTION:A winding 13 is wound through an insulator 12 on a laminated core 11 which forms a stator, and they are sealed with resin 14. A set of rotor gears 15a, 15b are secured by holding a magnet 13 axially of a shaft 16. A pole toothed part 11a and an annular groove 11b larger than the inner diameter of the part 11b are formed on the core 11 opposed to the gap of the gears 15a and 15b. Thus, when it is sealed with the resin 14, the axial length of the part 11a is split by the groove 11b, and the resin 14 is introduced from the groove 11b, thereby improving the flow of the resin 14.
