PURPOSE:To prevent bellows from being deformed by supporting a rotational shaft in a small hole of a bracket having a stepwise through hole and attached to a stator frame, and providing a bottomed cylindrical reinforcing member at the shaft side of the bellows having a large hole. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical bracket 21 is attached through an annular plate 3 to the lower opening of a frame cylinder 2. The bracket 21 has a flange 21a at the outer periphery, the upper surface is in contact with the plate 3, and large and small stepwise through holes 22a and 22b are provided inside. A rotational shaft 4 is rotatably supported through a bearing 10 in the small hole 22b, bellows 23 are contained in the large hole 22a, and an annular edge 24 and a reinforcing member 25 having a metallic reinforcing bottom plate are so attached to the shaft 4 of the bellows 23 with an adhesive as to open them upward. The opening is opposed to the step 22c of an inserting hole 22. Thus, it can prevent the bellows from abnormally deforming to simplify the structure of the bracket and to shorten the axial length of the bracket.
