PURPOSE:To control a feeding vol. of gaseous mixture fed to a reaction container, by correcting a flow rate of carrier gas, etc., in according to a difference between a measured weight of weight reduction of raw liq. or a consumed amt. in a specified amt. of raw liq. in a fixed time and each value obtained with calculation. CONSTITUTION:The gaseous mixture is transported to an oxyhydrogen flame burner of the reaction container through pipeline 7. On the other hand, the weight of raw material tank 3 contg. raw liq. 4 is measured by a precision gravimeter and the measured value of weight is transported to a computing element 9, and then a signal for modifying the value of the correcting temp. DELTATH is transported to a temp. controller 10 of a heater 5 every fixed time. Thereby, the rate of change of the raw material tank weight measured with the precision gravimeter 8 or a total feeding amt. of the gaseous raw material for the specified period is held at the same value during long time or long period. Load-cell and mass-flow controller are widely used as a precision gravimeter and a precision flowmeter respectively. |
