摘要 PURPOSE:To drastically reduce the frequency of the start/stop of a sewage pump by controlling a return pump by means of obtaining the target value of a returning flow rate so that the prediction value of the sewage reservoir flow-in rate of a next period comes equal to the measured value of the total discharge flow rate. CONSTITUTION:A target value of returning flow rate operating means 21 obtains at first the sewage flow-in rate from the prediction value of a sewage grit chamber flow-in rate predicting means 19, and a return pump total discharge flow rate from a return pump total discharge flow rate measuring means 12. Next, the target value of the returning flow rate is obtained so that the total discharge flow rate of the sewage pump, measured by a sewage pump total discharge flow rate measuring means 20, and the prediction value of the sewage grit chamber flow-in rate of the control period of the next time, come to be equal to each other, and is outputted to a returning flow rate target value changing means 22. Thus, after the total discharge flow rate of the sewage pump reaches a normal value, the fluctuation of a sewage pump well water level can be suppressed to the minimum by performing the number of running pumps control 13 and the speed control 15 of the return pump so that the input and the output of the sewage grit chamber and the sewage pump well come to be equal to each other, and the frequency of the start/stop of the pump is drastically reduced.
