The valve with a working connection (A), inlet connection (P) for a pressure medium such as air and a control connection (Z) at its base, has an air outlet connection (R) at one side. They have holes (12,13,14) connecting them to a valve chamber (27) inside, with a central valve element (17) supported by a base (19) resting on a diaphragm (23), above a chamber (22) with an opening (15) at the control connection. The hole (14) for the air outlet communicates with this valve element, and in a second position a disc shaped valve element (30) seals the inlet hole (13). In a third position, the inlet hole is unblocked. These positions are controlled by two concentric springs (10,11) above the valve elements. These springs are separately adjusted by an externally threaded sleeve (34) also internally threaded for an adjusting screw (35).
