PURPOSE:To obtain great penetration forces by a method in which a front linking means is rotatably connected between the front of the supporter of working blade and the vehicular body and a rear part linking means is rotatably connected between the back of the supporter of the rear part linking means and the vehicular body. CONSTITUTION:When the vehicular body 48 is advanced in the direction of arrow 102, a working blade 6 acts on a road S, and a load on the blade 6 is transmitted through link parts 42 and 44 and a fluid pressure cylinder mechanism 10 to the rear part 55 of vehicle. When the mechanism 10 is extended, the part 42 and 44 are turned clockwise, and the supporter 4 is lowered to excavate and grade the road. When the mechanism 10 is contracted, the parts 42 and 44 are turned counterclockwise, and the supporter 4 is raised.
