PURPOSE:To obtain a three multiple circuit employing two components such as a RTT element and a resistor capable of high speed operation by supplying an input signal causing a collector current of a transistor (TR) to be increased, decreased and increased again to the base-emitter of the TR. CONSTITUTION:A resistor 2, and a resonance tunnel ring TR 1 employing a resonance tunnel ring barrier as an injecting source of electrons and having a characteristic where a collector current is increased, decreased and increased again with respect to the base-emitter voltage are provided, a power voltage is applied to the collector of the TR 1 via a resistor 2 and an output signal 4 is extracted from the collector. The emitter of the TR 1 is connected to ground, and an input signal 3 causing the collector current of the TR 1 to be deflected in the range of increasing, decreasing and increasing again is applied to the base-emitter of the TR 1, and the output signal 4 is a signal being the result of three multiple of the input signal 3. Thus, the three multiple circuit capable of high speed operation using two components such as the RTT element and the resistor is obtained.
