PURPOSE:To execute a simultaneous broadcasting to all terminal equipments and to effectively receive information in the seat of an aircraft or the like by superimposing a prescribed discriminating signal on the vertical or the horizontal blanking period of a video signal transmitted from a central control unit at a prescribed time, detecting the discriminating signal in the terminal equipment and switching to a prescribed channel. CONSTITUTION:The terminal equipment 30 having individually a discriminating signal detecting part 33b and a selection display device 35a is disposed in the seat for a passenger of the aircraft or the like. Plural video tape recorders 1a-1d, sound reproducing machines 4a, 4b, a tuner 2, a still picture reproducing machine 3, CADA encoders 6, 7 or the like are connected to the controller 5 of the central control unit of a crew's room or the like. This encoder 6 is controlled by a control signal from a master controller 8 and the encoder is controlled by processing a signal 10. The prescribed control signal of the vertical and the horizontal blanking period of the video signal transmitted from the central control unit is detected in the detecting part 33b of the terminal 30 to switch to the prescribed channel and simultaneously select and display the sound broadcasting.
