NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I (R<1> and R<2> are H, alkyl, haloalkyl, aryl or R<1> and R<2> may be bonded to form polymethylene; X is halogen). USE:An anti-cancer drug. PREPARATION:A compound shown by formula II (R<3> and R<4> are H, alkyl, aryl or R<3> and R<4> may be bonded to form polymethylene) is reacted with a halogenating agent (e.g. bromine or pyridine perbromide) in an inert solvent such as THF at -20 deg.C - room temperature to give a compound shown by formula III. This compound is further halogenated and the aimed compound wherein the groups R<3> and R<4> are halogenated) can be obtained.
