Safety device for using sachets for refilling with bleach having 48 DEG chl., advantageously combined in order to prevent accidents which can result from the handling of these refills outside a container not provided for this use. According to the invention, the device comprises: a flask 21 in whose bottom there is placed in the vertical position a punch 22 in the axis of the neck of the flask, an assembly of a stopper 8, magazine 14, retaining tube 15 and pierced detachable bottom 24 makes it possible, once the refill is inserted in the magazine and the latter is locked, to insert the whole assembly into the flask and to pierce the refill of bleach having 48 DEG chl. by screwing the assembly without risk of accident, the addition of water required to obtain bleach having 12 DEG chl. being able to take place through the orifice 11. <IMAGE>
