PURPOSE:To improve heat exchanging efficiency by making two kinds of liquids from countercurrent flow by installing a number of adjacent hollow cores partitioned by walls into which two kinds of fluids flow alternatively and separation passages at both ends of the cores. CONSTITUTION:In the inside of a case 10 which is opened at both ends and has rectangular cross section, a core aggregate 11 with a number of adjacent hollow cores 11a, 11b is accommodated. At both ends of the aggregate 11 adapters 12, 13 equipped with separation passages passing two kinds of fluids in separation are attached respectively and through those adapters 12, 13 one fluid flows in the inside of the case 10 in the arrow direction A1, A4 and the other fluid flows counter currently in the arrow direction B1, B2. Thereby, heat efficiency is improved by making two kinds of fluids passing through the hollow cores from countercurrent flow.
