PURPOSE:To minutely move an objective lens very smoothly and to execute highly accurate position control by constituting the titled device so that a part to be controlled provided to the objective lens is supported by a specific coupling part via a plate spring. CONSTITUTION:Sliders 36a, 36b are respectively supported by the upper frame part 34a and the lower frame part 34b of coils 34, 34 for track-accessing via plate springs 38. In the spaces in the respective side frame parts 34c, 34c of the track-access coil 34, 34, coils 48, 48 for focussing are disposed, and to the coupling part 58b, the objective lens 12 of the part to be controlled is adhered. In such constitution, the lens 12 can be very smoothly moved even in case the slider 36a, 36b stop or cannot smoothly move because of statical friction during the correction of slip off of tracking, and a highly accurate position control can be executed because the plate spring 38 is employed.
