PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization and standardization by providing an oscillator element or an oscillation element section, a tuning capacitor section, an oscillation circuit and an amplifier circuit section separately, overlapping each ground electrode face together so as to connect the oscillation element section, the oscillation circuit and the amplifier circuit section electrically. CONSTITUTION:The oscillation element section 7 consisting of a microstrip line is formed to one side of the dielectric board 5, a ground electrode 10 is formed to the other side and a tuning capacitor 12 is fitted to the oscillation element section 7 and a connection hole 11 with the oscillation circuit is provided. On the other hand, the ground electrode 10 is provided to the opposite face and the dielectric 5 is formed in-between. The ground electrode 10 of the oscillation element section 7 is overlapped with the ground electrode 8 of the printed circuit board 2 whose one side has the ground electrode 8 and whose other side is formed with the oscillation circuit and the amplifier circuit comprising various chip components 4, a circuit connection terminal 6 is penetrated through the connection hole 11 and soldered to the oscillation circuit section. Thus, the miniaturization and the standardization are contrived.
